- Project Planning & Budgeting
Develop overall project plans, budgets, and resource schedules.
Set project milestones and ensure timely completion within budget. - Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and supervise the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. - Site Coordination & Monitoring
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all site activities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with specifications, drawings, and safety regulations. - Procurement & Cost Control
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Monitor cost control measures and ensure project stays within financial targets. - Quality & Safety Assurance
Implement quality assurance procedures and monitor work standards.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and company policies. - Problem Solving & Risk Management
Identify project risks and implement solutions to resolve delays or technical issues.
Handle disputes or conflicts that may arise during the project. - Progress Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
Maintain proper project documentation including drawings, contracts, and variations.
