Leads end-to-end insurance transformation projects, shaping requirements and driving delivery across products, brokers, and technology in a complex, evolving scope environment.
About the role
We're looking for two experienced Senior Project Managers to join a major insurance transformation, leading initiatives from early discovery through to mobilisation and delivery/run. These aren't roles where you'll inherit a finished project plan. We need PMs who are comfortable getting into the detail, working through ambiguity and shaping the work before driving it into delivery.
Key responsibilities
Lead discovery, scoping and mobilisation of key insurance initiatives
Work across insurance products, broker/distribution channels and technology
Define current state, requirements, dependencies and future-state solutions
Build the roadmap and executable delivery plan
Partner closely with Business Program Managers, Product, Underwriting and Technology
Manage senior stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners
Take ownership from discovery → mobilisation → delivery/run
About you
Insurance industry experience is essential
Strong Project Management background across technology/change programs
Proven experience leading projects through the discovery phase
Commercial/general insurance experience highly regarded
Broker, distribution or insurance product experience advantageous
Strong stakeholder management across business and technology
Comfortable operating in complex environments where scope is still being shaped
Able to bring structure, pace and clear ownership to delivery
