We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee Demolition projects from pre-project planning to closeout. The Project Manager partners with key functions in the organization ensuring exceptional service for our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

Successful candidates for the Project Manager position will have 3-5 year experience in project management in the construction, demolition or adjacent industries. Project managers are expected to have a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience. The Project Manager role requires individuals to have a strong understanding of the regulations and requirements of the demolition trade. They are expected to be masters in developing strong relationships, communication, organization, and conflict management and demonstrate the ability to learn the company’s established processes and requirements in safety, demolition, sales and billing. Furthermore, the Project Manager is expected to have expertise in project management tools, financial management software and document management tools.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors and team members. Be the connecting point of all information and between operations and the field.
  • Manage the delivery of the contract and be the document and requirements expert.
  • Responsible for managing the schedule and project costs including materials and subcontractors engagement
  • Lead all communication ensuring all team members and subcontractors have current project documents and updates.
  • Drive Safety Performance and Culture; lead by example.
  • Seek opportunities to develop team members through coaching and assignments.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
