Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Ensure the correct waterproofing materials and systems are selected and utilized based on project needs.
Project Execution & Management:
- Oversee the execution of waterproofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is proceeding as planned and meets all technical specifications.
Budget & Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and adjusting forecasts as necessary.
- Review and approve invoices from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services for the project.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed on-site, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
- Conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe working environment for all staff and contractors.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and the internal project team.
- Provide regular progress updates and address client concerns promptly.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and financial reports.
Quality Control & Inspection:
- Conduct inspections of waterproofing installations to ensure work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Ensure that any deficiencies are addressed promptly and that corrective actions are taken to resolve issues.
Project Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, and daily logs.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including budget and schedule updates, to senior management and clients.
