YOUR ROLE

• Working with different regions and teams/departments to follow up on project-related matters
• Ensure projects comply with the Internal Quality System.
• Data gathering, analysis and representation of project information
• Prepare reports that meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.
• Report on all staffing activities on projects, including financial matters.
• Track timecards to ensure project invoicing.
• Keep project information up to date on corporate systems and tools.
• Monitor key project indicators required by the company.

YOUR PROFILE

• BS in Engineering, Project Coordination, Administration or alike
• At least 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Project Manager Officer or alike
• Basic knowledge of planning, scheduling, budget control, and scope definition.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and data analysis preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to work with different regions and teams.
• Soft skills like: Strong Communication, Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking, Adaptability, Learnability, Proactivity, Time management and organization
