Project Manager Officer (f/m/div.) - Maternity Leave
Are you ready to lead a high-impact team at the intersection of Data Analytics and IT Transformation? We are looking for a PMO to operate at the intersection of high-level project management / Solution management and daily operational steering, you will act as the operational backbone for the Data Analytics project teams.
In this role, your primary focus will be to ensure tool data integrity, maintain robust documentation standards, and actively drive the continuous improvement of our internal project systems.
This is an international, highly collaborative role where you will support global teams, coordinate tracking structures, and help streamline project workflows to keep complex initiatives running smoothly and on schedule.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Tool & Status Tracking: Maintain and continuously update key project management tracking tools (including systems like Planisware, Jira/Confluence, and Track & Release) to ensure they reflect the latest status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Document Management & Integrity: Organize, structure, and maintain project document management systems (such as SharePoint and Docupedia) to keep all critical project documentation up to date and readily accessible for international stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement (CIP): Actively drive continuous improvement processes for our project management and documentation frameworks by identifying bottlenecks, simplifying templates, and streamlining administrative workflows.
What Distinguishes You - Education & Experience
- Academic Background: University degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable university background.
- Key Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills coupled with an organized, proactive, and positive mindset. You are a self-starter who is comfortable reaching out to diverse stakeholders for updates.
- Adaptability: High level of flexibility and resilience, with the ability to adapt and thrive within a rapidly growing and fast-changing global work environment.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
- Technical & IT Literacy: Strong proficiency in standard MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
Preferred Assets (Optional):
- Prior experience in a PMO, Project Management Assistance (PMA), or project coordination role.
- Familiarity with collaborative and agile project tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
- Understanding of basic project methodology frameworks (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Boschinternal RB-PMQ standards).
