Project Manager Officer
As the PMO, you will be the central focal point for the COO to monitor, track, and synchronize all cross-departmental efforts. Your primary mission is to optimize the Payment Integration Lifecycle and manage the high-stakes intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance. You will turn strategic vision into a structured, visible, and predictable execution roadmap.
Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight & COO Support- The Focal Point: Serve as the "Single Source of Truth" for the COO, providing a consolidated view of all global projects.
- Executive Reporting: Design and maintain real-time dashboards (Jira/Monday/Tableau) that track project health, resource utilization, and delivery velocity.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead weekly synchronization meetings between Department Heads to resolve dependencies and resource conflicts.
- Payment Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new PSP/Bank integrations—from initial API documentation review to Production Go-Live.
- Process Engineering: Standardize the "Integrations Playbook" to reduce Time-to-Market for new payment rails.
- Agile Governance: Partner with Engineering and Product leads to ensure sprint capacity matches commercial priorities.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "at-risk" projects and provide the COO with remediation options (Trade-offs, Resource shifts).
- Compliance Alignment: Ensure all projects meet the regulatory standards of PCI DSS, PSD2 and any specific jurisdiction requirements.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Project/Program Management, with 3+ years specifically in Fintech, Payments, or Orchestration, 1+ years in Leading 2+ members team.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of API-based architectures, Webhooks, and Payment Flow Logic.
- Tools: Expert-level mastery of Jira/Confluence and specialized PMO software.
- Location Awareness: Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem. And willngness to get into a new locations and learn.
- Strong proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
