Job Description

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Application Project Manager to manage enterprise application projects from requirements through production go-live.

The initial project will focus on an Avalara + SAP integration, followed by custom application development and other enterprise application initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from requirements through go-live.
• Lead planning, execution, testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide project status updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Manage UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total experience.
• 8+ years of Enterprise Application Project Management.
• PMP certification – Mandatory.
• U.S. Citizenship – Mandatory.
• Strong ERP and enterprise application experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end application integration projects.
• Excellent business, technical, and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong project planning, risk, dependency, and delivery management.

• SAP S/4HANA
• Avalara
• SAP/Avalara or tax integrations
• Manufacturing industry experience

Ideal Candidate: Someone who has personally managed an SAP/Avalara or similar ERP tax integration project from requirements through production go-live.
