Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification
• 2-3 years of experience in a project management role
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, validate outputs, and protect confidential information

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high billable utilization and achieve strong project profitability through effective project management and financial oversight
• Ensure more than 90% of projects are completed on time and within budget through effective project controls and risk management
• Oversee and coordinate multiple enterprise software projects, address project-specific complexities, and ensure successful outcomes
• Develop detailed project plans and maintain accurate status reports to ensure transparency and successful project execution
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, OpenAir, and Salesforce to improve project efficiency and performance
• Plan and coordinate activities across stakeholders to maintain visibility into commitments, dependencies, and risks
• Define clear project outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with delivery expectations
• Establish consistent communication processes to keep customers and internal teams informed and aligned
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve project planning, documentation, status analysis, and risk identification while maintaining accountability for decisions
• Maintain accurate documentation, clear handoffs, and defined ownership to support seamless project execution
