Project Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud

The Project Manager will lead the migration of HR systems to Oracle HCM Cloud, managing project scope, stakeholder coordination, and functional requirements. They will conduct gap analyses between legacy PeopleSoft systems and the new Oracle environment to ensure successful implementation.

As a Project Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud you will:
- Support the preparation and development of the project charter, defining the project scope, objectives, key deliverables, stakeholders and governance.
- Lead and coordinate the planning and implementation preparation activities for the HR migration project.
- Conduct a gap analysis of HR modules and processes currently managed in PeopleSoft HCM and planned for migration to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with HR and IT/GIS stakeholders.
- Assess current processes and identify gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement as part of the transition to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Coordinate discussions and workshops with relevant HR and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
- Prepare project documentation, recommendations and inputs to support decision-making and the subsequent implementation phase.
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within HR transformation, HR systems implementation or a related field.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally covering several HR modules and business processes.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruitment and Workforce Planning.
- Experience conducting business and functional requirements gathering, gap analysis and process assessment.
- Proven experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders in complex transformation projects.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
