Project Manager
- Own full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage financials, including forecasts, SOW tracking, and budget adjustments
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and leadership
- Manage challenging stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and ensure clear decision-making
- Facilitate project governance meetings, including stakeholder updates and reviews
- Proactively manage change requests, ensuring proper evaluation, approval, and documentation
- Prevent and control scope creep while balancing client needs and delivery constraints
- Assess the impact of changes on timeline, cost, and resources
- Maintain clarity and transparency on all scope-related decisions
- Identify risks early in the lifecycle—before they materialize
- Anticipate dependencies, blockers, and potential delivery issues “from miles away”
- Develop and maintain risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Maintain centralized risk and issue trackers with clear ownership and timelines
- Escalate risks appropriately and drive timely resolution
- Drive strong coordination across cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, delivery, client teams)
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, project checkpoints, and progress reviews
- Ensure all project documentation, reports, and trackers are accurate and up to date
- Lead teams with a servant leadership mindset, focusing on enablement and support
- Remove blockers and empower team members to perform at their best
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment
- Influence stakeholders and teams without relying on authority
- Step beyond traditional PM responsibilities when needed (e.g., coordination, facilitation, basic BA support)
- Support delivery gaps to maintain project momentum
- Operate effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Deliver structured status reporting covering progress, risks, financials, and action items
- Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements
- Contribute to enhancing delivery frameworks and best practices

- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or digital projects
- Strong experience in:
- Stakeholder management (including difficult stakeholders)
- Change management and scope control
- Cross-functional project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively (early-stage focus)
- Deliver in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, PSA tools)
- Background in IT consulting or Salesforce projects
- PMP or equivalent certification
