Project Manager – OSS/BSS & Digital Transformation
Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱145,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager – OSS/BSS & Digital Transformation to join UPTC in Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical operational support system (OSS), business support system (BSS), and digital transformation initiatives. As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancement and organisational change, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires someone who can manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects whilst maintaining focus on business outcomes and customer impact.
What you'll be doing
Leading the planning, initiation, and execution of OSS/BSS and digital transformation projects from conception through to successful delivery and closure
Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations whilst identifying and managing project risks and dependencies
Coordinating with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering regular status reports to senior management and project sponsors
Managing project scope, schedule, and budget control, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Facilitating communication and collaboration amongst all project team members, vendors, and external partners
Conducting post-project reviews and documentation to capture lessons learned and improve future project delivery
Supporting the change management process to ensure successful adoption and realisation of project benefits
Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices within project management frameworks
What we're looking for
Non-Negotiable Requirements
3-5+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience managing enterprise software, system implementation, or digital transformation projects
Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience handling cross-functional technical teams
Stakeholder and client management experience
Bachelor's degree
Highly Preferred
Experience in Telecommunications industry
Experience with OSS/BSS platforms and implementations
Exposure to CRM, Billing, Order Management, Service Provisioning, Network Management, or Telecom Operations Systems
Experience in telecom technology transformation projects
