Our client is a well-known property developer, they are looking for a Project Manager (Oversea Property Development).

Project Manager (Oversea Property Development)

Responsibilities:

• Handle oversea property projects in London, Canada and Hong Kong
• Ensure all construction activities with high quality construction standards
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate all negotiations with vendors, suppliers, consultants and contractors on all stages of the project on schedule cost and quality

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in property development project, preferably in sizeable property developer or consultant firms
• Relevant professional qualifications and possess hands on experience in handling sizable projects
• Member of RIBA or HKIA and Registered Architect
• Authorized Person would be a definite advantage
• Responsible with strong leadership and project management skills
• Immediately available is preferred
