Project Manager

Paint Pros MA is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of painting and drywall services and a passion for delivering five-star customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Visit active job sites daily across Massachusetts and New Hampshire to ensure customer satisfaction and project quality.
• Verify that all materials are on-site and ready before work begins.
• Monitor crews to ensure work is performed to Paint Bros MA standards and according to project instructions.
• Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Perform quality control checks throughout each stage of the project.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project progress and job completion.
• Document site visits, material deliveries, and any important updates in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Experience in painting, drywall, construction, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel required).
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and field crews.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps for project management.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on maintaining high standards of work and customer service.
