PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE LLC Project Manager
Build Projects. Lead Teams. Grow Your Career.
PMI Paving is expanding across the Portland, Oregon and Southwest Washington markets, and we're looking for a driven Construction Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and organizational anchor for our asphalt paving, concrete, and pavement maintenance projects. This is a high-impact leadership role covering the full project lifecycle — from preconstruction through closeout — where you'll work closely with ownership, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to deliver every project on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in the asphalt or concrete industry, sharp organizational instincts, and the leadership presence to keep teams aligned, clients confident, and projects moving. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want real ownership over project outcomes, we'd love to talk.
