Project manager
Summary
Leads Agile software delivery for fintech products, coordinating engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ship complex payment solutions on time.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who will lead execution across our engineering teams and ensure successful delivery of complex fintech products. This role works closely with the Head of Processing, Product Manager, engineering lead, QA, DevOps, designers, and external partners.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day project delivery
Plan, coordinate, and track software development from requirements to production
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Monitor project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate work between Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps
Work closely with the Product Manager to translate product priorities into realistic delivery plans
Ensure engineering teams have clear requirements and unblock execution when necessary
Identify delivery risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans
Track progress using Jira and maintain project documentation
Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings
Coordinate releases and production deployments with engineering and operations teams
Help improve delivery processes, Agile practices, and cross-team collaboration
Support vendor and third-party integration projects when required
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
Experience delivering complex software products with cross-functional engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience managing multiple parallel projects
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to balance business priorities with engineering constraints
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Experience using Jira, Confluence or Notion, and modern collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Crypto, or Blockchain
Experience working with regulated products (PCI DSS, AML/KYC, VASP, MiCA, DORA)
Experience with payment gateways or financial integrations
Experience working with external vendors and payment providers
