Your New Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join Penske Australia's growing Energy Solutions team based in Chipping Norton. Reporting to the Head of Delivery - Energy Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing generator and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from initiation through to successful completion. Working closely with customers, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and commissioning teams, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative energy solutions across a diverse range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who enjoys managing complex projects, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. In this role you will: Lead the delivery of generator, BESS and energy infrastructure projects from award through to handover. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate internal engineering, commissioning and service teams to achieve project milestones. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Develop and manage detailed project schedules using industry best-practice project management methodologies. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards. Manage project documentation, reporting and contractual requirements. Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, cash flow and revenue recognition. Manage subcontractor and supplier performance from both technical and commercial perspectives. Collaborate with the Energy Solutions sales team to support business growth opportunities. Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the ongoing success of the Energy Solutions business.
