Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a national Safety Infrastructure Program across multiple distribution centres and operational sites.

Based on site in Huntingwood, you will manage an approximately $1 million program spanning three key safety workstreams:
  • AI-enabled CCTV
  • MHE (Materials Handling Equipment) collision-avoidance systems
  • Manual wheel-lock systems

This is a hands-on operational project management role suited to someone with proven experience delivering safety infrastructure, capital works or operational improvement projects within live distribution centre or warehouse environments.

Key Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end Project Management experience.
  • Mandatory: Previous project delivery experience within distribution centres, warehouses or similar logistics environments.
  • Experience delivering safety infrastructure, capital works, industrial facility upgrades or operational improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of live operational environments, including MHE, loading docks, vehicle movements and pedestrian safety.
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, risks, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong onsite presence and the ability to engage effectively with blue-collar, frontline and operational workforces.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience delivering multi-site or national deployment programs will be highly regarded.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or relevant project management, engineering, operations, or safety qualifications are desirable.
