- Attend site meetings and perform site measurements.

- Ensure the profit margin is achieved according to target set.
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans to address delays and maintain timeline.
- Manage project costs, variations, claims, procurement, and subcontractor payments to control budget and cash flow.
- Conduct testing and commissioning, defect rectification, and final handover to ensure project completion to client.
