Project Manager
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Manager for one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta.
Key responsibilities
Deliver local adaptation project as per timeline aligned with the regional schedule
Lead workshops with local stakeholders (Internal and 3PL) to identify gaps between the global template and local Indonesian Team
Act as the primary bridge between the project team and operation teams
Manage relationships with local department heads, third-party vendors, and IT partners to ensure smooth alignment
Identify local project risks (e.g., timeline delays, resource constraints, regulatory compliance gaps) and implement mitigation strategies
Escalate critical roadblocks promptly to the steering committee or project sponsors
About you
Minimum 5 years of experience
Familiar with SAP
Able to communicate in English
Experience in FMCG Industry
Good presentation skill
