Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or another field;

A minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience, or prior experience managing at least 2 contracts for Project Management Team services or similar services;

A competency certificate in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or Human Capital issued by a certification body licensed by BNSP (the Indonesian Professional Certification Authority) or an equivalent authority.
