Project Manager (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Summary

The Project Manager oversees plumbing and sanitary construction projects, including site supervision, design coordination, and cost control. The role requires extensive experience in plumbing systems and strong leadership to manage project timelines and technical documentation.

Job Description

  • Manage the project planning and construction works at site
  • Supervise site works and ensure it meets Safety and Quality standards
  • Lead design team in preparing technical submissions of design proposal & drawings
  • Attend meetings and coordinate with main contractor, consultant, and authorities
  • Proper project documentation and monitoring of progress to ensure works are not delayed
  • Cost control to ensure project is carried out within budget
  • Report to management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ PUB Licensed Plumber is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in design, planning & project management of Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Driven individual with ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Attention to detail, able to take initiative.
