Project Manager : PM

About the role

Project Manager responsible for defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The role involves developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, managing scope changes, identifying and assessing risks, and overseeing project closure and handover.

Requirements:

1. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

2. Develop project plans, including schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements

3. Coordinate cross-functional teams, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and monitor progress against the project plan

4. Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality, and implement corrective actions when performance deviates from agreed targets

5. Manage scope changes by assessing their impact on timelines, budgets, and resources, and obtain approval before implementation

6. Identify and assess project risks, manage issues, and establish mitigation plans

7. Facilitate project meetings, report project status to management, clients, and stakeholders, and follow up on decisions and action items

8. Oversee project handover and closure in accordance with agreed acceptance criteria and document project outcomes and lessons learned

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

2. At least 3-5 years of project management experience, including managing projects from initiation through delivery

3. PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required

4. Ability to plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior management

6. Strong leadership, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

7. Proficiency in project management tools and progress reporting
