Project Manager - Polish Speaker

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Amsterdam. This is a business‑critical role with end‑to‑end responsibility for delivering client programmes in a fast‑paced, operationally intensive environment.

You will manage projects from kick‑off through delivery and post‑launch, working closely with internal cross‑functional teams and international stakeholders. The role requires strong ownership, structure, and the ability to proactively manage risks, timelines, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of client programmes and campaigns

• Plan and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies

• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Finance, and Technology teams

• Act as a central point of contact for delivery‑related topics

• Analyse data to evaluate campaign performance and optimize demand supply planning

• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions

• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor delivery progress and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution

• Conduct campaign wrap-up reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Must-Have Requirements

• HBO/WO degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or delivery roles

• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams

• Comfortable with numbers, excel and data analysis

• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills

• Hands‑on, accountable mindset with a focus on execution

• Fluent in English and Polish;

Nice to Have

• Exposure to international or multi‑country project delivery

• Experience working closely with Sales and commercial stakeholders

• Familiarity with project tracking, planning, and reporting tools

• Familiarity with excel and data analysis

• Experience in loyalty, retail, FMCG, marketing services, or operations environments
