Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and infrastructure projects in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on planning and executing projects efficiently and effectively. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project development, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage project dependencies and critical path. - Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Report and escalate issues to management as needed, and act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. - Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Prepare and present regular project reports, proposals, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proven experience in project management, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
