Project Manager (Precast Contractor)
Summary
Project Manager leading precast production works and coordinating with site construction teams on major building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. Day to day covers daily site execution, planning ahead of schedule, quality and risk control, handling customer complaints, and ensuring MOM safety compliance across subcontractors.
To lead/support the precast-production works and coordinating with various site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work for major building/infrastructure projects
Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule, guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements
To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality
Follow up on customer complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline
At least 3-5 years of prior experience working within a precast-contractor environment, or with a main-contractor environment who specializes in projects based upon precast works
