We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new product launches and customer programs within a growing manufacturing environment serving the construction, agriculture, mining, and heavy equipment sectors.
In this role, you will be the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects move successfully from concept to production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery goals.
What You'll Do:
- Lead customer projects from award through production launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP, and PPAP activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Support continuous improvement and successful production ramp-up.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with product launches, NPI, APQP, and PPAP.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English required.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience
- Heavy equipment, construction, agricultural, or mining industries.
- OEM programs with Caterpillar, John Deere, CNH, Komatsu, Volvo CE, or JCB.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier environments.
