Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is looking for a Project Manager – Professional Services & Technical Support to join our growing Connected Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, analytics, project management, and customer success, helping our customers use connected technology and fleet data to make smarter operational decisions.
You won't just be tracking projects. You'll analyze customer data, uncover opportunities, present recommendations, coordinate technical solutions, train customers, troubleshoot challenges, and help shape how RSC delivers professional services and connected technology support.
Location & Work Environment
This is an onsite position requiring in-office work five days per week.
Candidates located in the Cincinnati area will receive first priority. We may also consider qualified candidates located near our Columbus, Ohio or Louisville, Kentucky offices who are able to work onsite five days per week.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll become a key resource for RSC's iWAREHOUSE and Connected Technology portfolio, working across departments and directly with customers to turn data and technology into meaningful business results.
You'll have the opportunity to:

Transform data into actionable insights. Analyze fleet, utilization, maintenance, safety, financial, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, cost savings, and best practices.

Tell the story behind the numbers. Build data visualizations, reports, and presentations and deliver business reviews directly to customers.

Lead professional services projects. Manage customer engagements from planning through implementation, using project plans, Gantt charts, tracking tools, and platforms such as vSimple.

Become a trusted customer resource. Understand customer operations, identify pain points, proactively recommend solutions, and help customers maximize the value of their connected technology.

Train customers on technology. Provide training and guidance on connected technology platforms and gateways.

Coordinate technical support. Research and troubleshoot software, server, gateway, firmware, and technology-related issues while coordinating resources and escalating issues when necessary.

Keep technology running smoothly. Support server health checks, software and firmware updates, documentation, and related technical projects.

Connect teams to solve problems. Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Training, Engineering, Raymond resources, technicians, and other partners to drive issues through resolution.

Own critical customer documentation. Maintain installed-base information, subscription and contract renewal dates, professional services hours, and technical support records.

Learn from every project. Lead or participate in project turnover meetings, retrospectives, and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Help grow our professional services offering. Support the development and execution of strategies for delivering and monetizing annual professional services.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is analytical, organized, technically curious, and comfortable working directly with customers. You don't need to know every platform on day one, but you should be someone who enjoys learning new technology and figuring out how all the pieces fit together.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent relevant work experience

Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and general computer applications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful recommendations

Ability and willingness to learn multiple software, database, gateway, and controls platforms
-
Strong project organization and prioritization skills
-
Confident written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information directly to customers
-
Ability to work occasional evenings based on project requirements or time-zone differences (less than 15%)

Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities, RSC locations, or other destinations as needed (less than 25%)
Even Better If You Have

2+ years of experience with telematics, IIoT, connected technology, information systems, or a related technology-focused business

Project management experience
-
Material handling, fleet management, or asset-analysis experience
-
Knowledge of warehouse automation or intralogistics technology
-
Experience with server or technology platforms such as SQL Server, iW GTS, iRed, or similar systems
-
Experience analyzing data and creating reports using business intelligence or analytics platforms
-
Experience supporting customers in a technical or technology-driven environment
