Project Manager / Program Manager
- Managing the implementation of small to medium projects.
- Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
- Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
- Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
- Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
- Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.
- Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
- Plans the overall project and monitors the progress and performs Daily project management throughout the project's life cycle.
- Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
- Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
- Manages and utilizes resources.
- Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.

- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
- Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
- In depth understanding of project management concepts.
EXPERIENCE
- More than four years of project management experience.
- Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
EDUCATION
- Bachelors' degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field PMP, Prince 2 and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required).

The estimated salary range for this position is $XX- $XX and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of X% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days), and sick time off (72 hours).
