Job Summary
Lead and manage cybersecurity programmes including bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure initiatives. Coordinate with government agencies and vendors to ensure smooth operations, drive stakeholder engagement, and implement process improvements using technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee GBBP, VRP, and VDP programme runs to ensure timely and effective execution
- Coordinate with government agencies to manage programme participation and timelines, ensuring submission of required data and documentation
- Manage the CVDP vendor relationship by administering contracts, monitoring performance, escalating issues, and overseeing researcher onboarding including recruitment, vetting, and test account provisioning
- Support the triage team by preparing reports and coordinating with agencies to resolve disputes related to programme matters
- Assist in procurement and tender exercises by drafting requirement specifications and evaluating vendor proposals
- Prepare programme reports, dashboards, and management updates to inform stakeholders and leadership
- Drive stakeholder communications and conduct programme outreach such as agency briefings to increase awareness and participation rates
- Identify and propose process improvements across CVDP operations, leading implementation efforts using vibe coding techniques and GovTech platforms (e.g., Ownself Gather, Opus) to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and improve programme efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum five (5) years managing IT or technology programmes/projects, with preference for experience in bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, or cybersecurity programmes
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor programme operations effectively
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing vendors or contracts, including tracking deliverables and service levels
- Ability to analyze data to track programme metrics and produce management reports
- Proven capability to propose and implement process improvements using AI-assisted development (vibe coding) or GovTech-approved platforms
- Eligibility for security clearance to handle government systems/data
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with vulnerability management, penetration testing, or bug bounty concepts
- Experience working with or within the public sector
