Project manager/Project Engineer (ATEX) (台中) ID8176

Position Summary:

Manage projects in the field of explosion protection, including product certification, quality auditing, on-site safety inspections as applicable according given authorizations. Oversee project execution and coordinate subtasks assigned to Project- and Test Engineers. Facilitate collaboration between Project Engineers, Test Engineers, Sales, Customer Service, and Testing Laboratories. Support the team in achieving annual business development goals. Serve as a speaker at seminars and industry events. Organize and conduct internal and external training sessions. Assist with inquiry handling and customer visits. Handle administrative tasks related to project setup and management.

Your Tasks:

1. Manage assigned projects in compliance with internal and external requirements, standard(s), and regulations. (40%)
2. Complete projects within defined lead times. (20%)
3. Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and customers, including addressing technical inquiries, explaining complex concepts, and providing expert opinions. (10%)
4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. (10%)
5. Support business development, marketing, and sales efforts. (10%)
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Group Leader or Department Manager. (10%)
