PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, managing relationships effectively.
• Oversee the execution of projects, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to all parties involved.
• Manage project budgets, review contractor claims, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues as they arise.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in the construction and/or consultants.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in managing manpower in construction, with experience in supervising and motivating teams to successfully meet project objectives.
• Must be willing to visit supervisors and workers regularly at the site & Dormitory.
• Willing to work night shifts as required.
• Responsible for attending toolbox meetings.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
