Understand customer needs and assist in matching with Sidel portfolio; Prepare project specifications, costing, installation schedule, contract revision and order confirmation; Prepare and present budget quotation and commercial offer in collaboration with Sales force, in preparation for negotiations; Revise final offer with Sales team, applying price and discount strategy; Ensure project technical support and quality, cost and delivery level in front of customer; Main entry point for all technical aspects and communications with Sidel stakeholder; Prepare TCO and utilities consumptions table with support of Product Management; Give instructions to the Design office for definition and layout; Ensure data collection for project launch and handover with Project Manager Execution; Attend Sidel internal kick off and Customer kick off; Manage project risk and contingency plan as per contract and offer; Archive documents, offers and project files as per Sidel rules and database; Lead pre-contracting meeting, preparing Agenda and MOM; Participate to 3PE technical definition and integration into Sidel offers, as per Sourcing rules.
