Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Manager who is ready to take full ownership of complex manufacturing projects, drive execution across departments, and ensure projects move forward efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Full ownership of projects from planning to final delivery
- Managing project costs, budgets, profitability, and overall project efficiency
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, purchasing, production, and other stakeholders
- Driving project execution and ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitoring BOM completion and ensuring all materials and components are secured on time
- Identifying supply chain risks and cooperating with suppliers to resolve issues proactively
- Direct communication with customers regarding technical specifications and project updates
- Supporting fast decision-making and problem-solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Cooperating with external suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Continuously improving project coordination and operational processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with complex manufacturing or contract manufacturing projects
- Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain, and purchasing coordination
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick operational decisions
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
- Hands-on personality with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Experience with ERP systems/SAP is an advantage
- Senior level: ideally 10+ years of Project Management experience
