Project Manager

Job description:

Seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution and management of water treatment projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards within the specified timeframe and budget.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven hands-on experience in the construction and execution of water treatment plants.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, bidding processes, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Experience in project scheduling and risk management.
• Strong familiarity with quality, safety, and occupational health standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Arabic language is an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage water treatment projects from planning through to final delivery.
• Supervise design and construction activities ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Manage material resources and project team to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with government entities, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulations.
• Address operational challenges and make necessary decisions to ensure project continuity.
