Why this role exists
A hybrid role to free up the CTO from coordination overhead and build automated QA from scratch, powered by AI tooling.
What you'll do:
PM (primary):
- Turn requirements into developer-ready tasks/epics in ClickUp
- Run sprint planning & retrospectives, keep the team unblocked
- Own documentation and requirement breakdowns
QA (secondary):
- Build automated testing from scratch: E2E, regression, API
- Triage bugs by root cause (frontend/backend)
- Write test plans, build real regression coverage
Requirements
- 3–5 years total: (1.5+ yrs PM/product management, 1.5+ yrs QA)
- Experience with sprint planning/retrospectives
- Strong self-management across PM and QA
- QA background shifting toward automation
- Working SQL (Postgres/Clickhouse a plus)
- Actively using AI tools in your own workflow
- English B1+
Nice to have:
- B2B SaaS experience
- Martech background (attribution, ad tech, CRM)
- English C1
