Project Manager - QAQC (Data Center)
- Develop and implement Quality Management Plans: Utilize comprehensive knowledge to develop and implement effective quality management plans at Data Center Project, ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end project construction cycle: Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of the project construction cycle, effectively managing and coordinating quality-related activities.
- Prepare, approve, and implement QA/QC plan and Quality Manual: Develop and oversee the implementation of the QA/QC plan and Quality Manual, including the provision of quality training.
- Ensure adherence to quality norms and regulations: Monitor and enforce adherence to Clients quality norms, regulations, and work practices by employees and General Contractors.
- Enhance skills and capabilities: Identify areas for improvement in the system and provide guidance and training to supervisors and engineers, ensuring continuous enhancement of skills and capabilities.
- Conduct periodic quality audits/checks: Perform regular quality audits and checks at site to evaluate compliance with quality standards, ensuring the standardization of the audit and inspection process.
- Evaluate contractors, vendors, and suppliers: Participate in the evaluation of new contractors, vendors, and suppliers at project sites, and regularly review their quality control reports, tests, and inspection results.
- Minimize material/work rejection and rework: Take measures to minimize material/work rejection and rework at project sites due to substandard quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Recommend process improvements: Provide input to management regarding process or procedural system improvements to enhance overall quality performance.
- Monitor and inspect construction activities and advise the Project Director on QA/QC issues, such as non-compliance with standards, or potential problems that could affect schedule, scope, cost, or safety.
- Tracking and ensuring timely close-out of non-conformances and defects
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.).
- Experience: 12-14 years of post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
