Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the development of our internal product and ensure smooth delivery from planning to launch.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company’s internal products, from feature ideation to release.
Manage the full product development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, timelines, and milestone tracking.
Oversee day-to-day development activities, proactively resolving blockers and mitigating risks.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, align priorities, and gather feedback.
Coordinate developers, designers, and QA engineers, ensuring clear tasks and balanced workloads.
Review designs to ensure they align with product goals and requirements.
Maintain effective cross-functional collaboration, tracking dependencies and overall progress.
Work with the Support team to document feature requests and coordinate technical fixes.
Communicate with partner platforms regarding integrations, application performance, and marketplace presence.
Monitor product metrics, suggest data-driven improvements, and ensure features meet quality standards.

Required skills:

• Experience/strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

Solid understanding of the SDLC.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentational skills: proficiency in direct stakehoder communication and delivering project updates throughout different stages.
• Strong in people management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Initiative-driven with a proactive approach to improving project outcomes.
• Excellent self-organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Availability to work GMT+2 hours (10 am to 7 pm).
