Program Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of projects, from needs assessment to solution delivery in a dynamic environment. This role will deliver several key projects across Business Operations and other transformational areas of the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and execution of project plans, including status reporting which aligns to the strategic Initiative Reporting process and Fraud team objectives
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  • Managing RAID, report risks, escalate issues, as necessary, according to project plan
  • Pro-active identification and management of project dependencies
  • Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope and schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Ensuring regular program progress and reporting meetings with project staff including facilitation of all project governance meetings- multi discipline and multi region teams
  • To ensure that all impacted teams are informed and aligned
  • Participate in and drive all existing process review meetings and help with the definition of new and streamlined process rollouts
  • Drive creation of training material and associated rollout program
