Summary
Project Manager oversees fintech product launches, partner integrations, and global expansion initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and building scalable project processes.
You will manage cross-functional projects, including product launches, partner integrations, network initiatives, and global expansion. You will maintain plans and dashboards, coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and create scalable project-management processes for reliable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional projects, including product launches, partner integrations, and network initiatives
- Oversee integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and strategic partners
- Coordinate product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance stakeholders
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and dashboards
- Identify dependencies, surface risks, and drive resolution
- Lead Visa and Mastercard program initiatives and partnership rollouts
- Coordinate global expansion readiness across markets, products, and partners
- Establish scalable execution frameworks and processes
- Contribute project-management standards and best practices
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Experience delivering projects involving multiple partners, integrations, or global teams
- Experience with project management tools, progress tracking, and reporting
- Based in San Juan, PR
