Project Manager

Summary

Manages government procurement projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with policies, preparing documentation, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

1. Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports
  • Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to relevant stakeholders and management

3. Any other procurement-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO)

Experience & Skills Needed:
Experience in managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project, including procurement planning, sourcing and evaluation

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and minute taking

Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks to closure

Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and internal stakeholders

Preferably familiar with Government procurement framework and guidelines
