Project Manager (RE)
Summary
Project Manager leading Draycott's residential and mixed-use real estate developments in Lisbon: coordinating architecture and engineering teams, managing construction budgets, contracts and schedules, and tracking licensing with public authorities to deliver projects on time and on budget. Requires 5+ years in real estate project/site management and fluent Portuguese.
Draycott is a leading diversified, multi-asset alternative asset manager in Portugal, with the ambition to become the trusted partner for Portuguese savings. We invest across four complementary strategies - Private Equity & Growth, Real Estate, Venture Capital and Fund of Funds - under a single underwriting discipline and a consistent value-creation playbook.
Built on nearly two decades of investing and brought together as an institutional platform in 2022, Draycott today manages more than €3 billion in alternative assets with a team of over 100 professionals. In June 2026 we acquired 100% of Square AM - the largest open-ended real estate fund manager in the Iberian Peninsula - which for the first time gives us presence in the banking channels where Portuguese people actually save.
Our Real Estate strategy spans the full development cycle, from land acquisition through design, licensing and construction to delivery. As our pipeline of residential and mixed-use developments grows, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the coordination of these projects on the ground.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with direct visibility to the Real Estate leadership team, working closely with the architecture, engineering, commercial and marketing teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the standard our investors expect.

Strong organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
Proactivity, results orientation and team spirit;
