The role
We are looking for a Project Manager to keep our work organized and moving, and to make sure that projects ship on time.
What you will do
- Plan and track tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Run short planning and check-in calls with the team and contractors
- Coordinate content, product, and hiring work
- Collect feedback and route it to the right person
- Write short weekly updates on progress and blockers
What we are looking for
- Experience in project, operations, or program management (startups preferred)
- Very organized, with strong follow-up
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable with tools like Linear, Notion, and Google Workspace
Hiring process
- Screening call (5–10 minutes)
- Short assignment (usually takes 2–3 hours)
- Final round with the founder
