Summary
The Project Manager will lead an organization-wide records management and digital transformation program for a Federal Government agency. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, including governance, stakeholder workshops, and ensuring compliance with Australian Government recordkeeping and security standards.

I am working with a Federal Government organisation, based in the City, to find an EL1 Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major organisation-wide records management & digital transformation program.This is an initial 12 month contract, with a 12 month extension option.
In this role:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and reporting.
- Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks
- Manage project issues, decisions, changes and milestones.
- Monitor project benefits and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Lead the business-facing delivery stream to ensure information governance and recordkeeping requirements are embedded within the solution.
- Facilitate workshops to define future-state business processes, requirements and adoption strategies.
- Support compliance with Australian Government recordkeeping, privacy, information governance and security obligations.
- Drive business readiness, communications, training and user adoption activities.
- Have previous experience with delivering complex ICT, digital transformation or business change programs
- Experience with records management or information management projects
- Be available to commence September or October
- Have a baseline security clearance
