Summary
A Project Manager runs day-to-day delivery of an infrastructure recovery (IRP) track in a banking environment — facilitating stakeholder check-ins, reporting, risk mitigation, and scoping/planning/executing technology recovery plan tests. Requires 3+ years in business continuity/operational resilience within FSI, working hybrid from Polish offices.
Hybrid work - 2-3 days in the office from one of the office’s location (Warsaw, Gdansk, Gdynia or Łódź)
Budget: 130 PLN/h + VAT on B2B

Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive knowledge in technology and infrastructure recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining, developing, and executing complex testing of technology recovery plans, particularly within business continuity and operational resilience frameworks.
Main Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring timely execution of activities related to IRP track responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating daily check-ins and recurring status meetings with key stakeholders.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Aligning programme expectations with ongoing progress and mitigating risks.
Managing IRP track deliverables, including scoping, planning, and executing tests.
Completing handover to IRP Owner upon approval of target transfers.
Ensuring the creation of SOPs for the add-on project related to infrastructure recovery.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in business continuity and resilience.
Strong understanding of technology recovery plans.
Experience in developing testing frameworks and documentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop processes and procedures.
Prior work experience in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Operational Resilience in the FSI sector.
A proactive attitude towards project deliverables and deadlines.
Strong teamwork skills and accountability in day-to-day tasks.
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Auto Pilot Profiles and device management.
Keen understanding of IT project management methodologies.
Other Details
This role requires a minimum of three days on-site per week in locations such as Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, and Łódź. The position emphasizes collaboration within technology teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
