We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities and support the successful execution of business initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing processes, resources, performance, and cross-functional activities to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and problem-solver who can translate business objectives into actionable plans, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient and effective business performance.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Lead, coach, and support employees while establishing performance expectations and accountability.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, costs, and service levels and provide regular performance reporting.
- Identify operational challenges and develop corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal controls.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses, purchasing, and resource utilization as appropriate.
- Investigate operational issues, resolve escalated problems, and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, records, and standard operating procedures.
- Support strategic planning and organizational initiatives by translating business objectives into operational plans.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and increased customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
