Report misses and develop catch-up-plan</li><li>Ensure system, documentation, tracking & checklists and good practices are adhered to</li><li>Drive efficiency by eliminating waste and non-value add tasks to improve productivity</li><li>Resource management and make the necessary recommendations to support project timelines. Provide recommendation to integrate resources, activities and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.</li><li>Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.</li><li>Analyze data, derive trends, pareto, actions to close gaps, perform RCA and provide management reporting</li><li>Identify resource constraints and make the necessary recommendations to support project timelines.
