Alvarez Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction in our Bedico Creek subdivision in Madisonville. This role is ideal for a driven, organized construction professional who takes pride in building quality homes, running tight schedules, and working collaboratively with trade partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of residential home construction from start to close
- Maintain and execute construction schedules
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the build process
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, warranty, and customers
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and rework
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and local codes
- Participate in walkthroughs, orientations, and final inspections as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential construction or project management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple homes at different stages of construction
- Excellent communication skills with trades, customers, and team members
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and keep projects moving
- Familiarity with production homebuilding processes is a plus
