Project Manager, Residential Projects
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects, from initial planning and government approvals through design, construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead residential projects from pre-construction to final handover.
• Manage government approvals, permits, NOCs and authority requirements.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality and resources.
• Oversee tendering, procurement and contractor coordination.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP works.
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections and completion requirements.
• Lead snagging, de-snagging, documentation and final handover.
• Manage project closeout and defects liability period.
Skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in residential construction or property development projects.
• Strong experience managing the complete project lifecycle from government approvals to handover.
• Experience with Qatar government authorities, permits and approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project planning, cost control and contract management.
• Proven experience managing consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
