Project Manager – RGM (Revenue Growth Management)

Summary

Project Manager leads the rollout of a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution for a global FMCG client across South America, coordinating SAP, Salesforce/TPM, and reporting integrations with vendors and business stakeholders.

This is a recruitment for a Project Manager position supporting our long-standing, global client in the FMCG sector. The project concerns the implementation of a TPM (Trade Promotion Management) solution in South America (including Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico) and is part of a larger, international transformation program.

The role focuses on managing solution delivery — covering requirements definition, environment configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support — within the Visualfabriq environment and its integrations. It also involves coordinating work across multiple project streams, including collaboration with the System Integrator (SI) implementation partner.

Scope of responsibilities includes, among others:

  • End-to-end management of the TPM project delivery
  • Collaboration with the System Integrator (SI) partner and oversight of their deliverables
  • Coordination of multiple project streams (SAP, TPM, business, integrations, reporting)
  • Alignment with the client's business stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels
  • Management of risks, dependencies, and the project schedule
  • Collaboration with IT stakeholders at an international level
  • Oversight of each project phase and accountability for its completion in line with the plan and expectations
  • Defining and maintaining the project governance framework, cadence of steering committees, and status reporting to program leadership
  • Managing project budget, resourcing, and vendor/SI commercials (SoW, change requests, invoicing milestones)
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs / success criteria for the delivery and ensuring benefits realization
  • Managing scope and change control, including impact assessment and stakeholder sign-off
  • Coordinating UAT and data migration activities across streams and markets
  • Driving issue escalation and resolution, maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer and handover to local/support teams post go-live

The project is delivered in a complex, multi-stream environment (SAP, Salesforce/TPM, business, reporting), so the ability to manage dependencies and operate within a dynamic, international ecosystem is essential.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with experience leading TPM projects, who has worked in a global environment and has a track record of managing complex, multi-team implementations. Experience in the TPM area or in collaboration with sales/pricing functions will be a strong advantage
